Which Fortune’s Weave route should I open first?

Your first Fortune's Weave routes choice sets the tone of early Heroic Games sessions. Public materials say who you choose shapes how the narrative unfolds — but they also say you can play the four stories in parallel.

Three Houses sequel?

Fortune’s Weave shares Fódlan / Sothis DNA and Dietrich literally washes in from Fódlan, but this is a Dagda Heroic Games campaign — not a house remake. Read the hero table next before you assume Blue Lions muscle memory applies one-to-one.

How do Cai, Dietrich, Theodora, and Leda differ?

Use this comparison as the public roster sheet. Combat tags stay at marketing level — full Might / Hit sheets wait for launch.

Deep hero bios

Open the entity pages when a row is not enough: Cai · Dietrich · Theodora · Leda. Keep this routes page for parallel-save rules and Pale Raven swaps.

Obelisk entry tags

Community digests map Fox Obelisk → Cai and Lion Obelisk → Dietrich. Treat those as story-entry labels, not as proof that the other two heroes lack their own gates.

Avatar is not a fifth day-one route

Eshmel is the true-protagonist / Pale Raven thread that rewrites the four fates later. Start on a hero route; open Eshmel when you want the avatar mandate, not as a substitute for picking Cai or Leda.

Pale Raven’s Perch is the mechanical answer to “can I play more than one story?”

How does Pale Raven’s Perch swap routes?

Pale Raven’s Perch is the public hub tool for switching among the four heroes. From that spot you swap stories while progress is saved for each hero.

Parallel ≠ shared inventory (yet)

Public materials confirm per-hero progress and parallel storytelling. They do not publish a full shared-gold / shared-recruit spreadsheet. Assume each story needs its own Free Time until launch verification.

Companions listed next are the public cast seeds for each faction — still not a romance matrix.

What companions sit on each hero route?

These are publicly named traveling allies / faction mates. Recruitment windows, missable flags, and support ranks stay TBA — this table is for route flavor, not a spoiler checklist.

Arago pressure shows up across stories

Nathan and Creek (the “Arago Twin Jewels”) appear as Heroic Games rivals — Creek also pressures Theodora’s war framing. Treat them as cross-route antagonists, not as proof of a fifth playable route.

Romance is a different page

Supports and dining raise bonds during Free Time. Do not invent S-support lists from companion names — open romance for confirmed systems versus TBA options.

When you are stuck choosing whether to swap heroes mid-calendar, use the decision sheet next.

When should I switch hero stories?

Use this mid-page sheet when Pale Raven’s Perch is tempting you away from a half-finished Free Time block.
